Note that all applicants must submit a $$75.00 non-refundable registration fee and (new students only) a teacher recommendation and CD/DVD with 2 contrasting pieces to Okemo Young Artists' Program, 1490 Chicago Avenue, Evanston, IL 60201 by April 1, 2010. After that date, an additional $50.00 late fee is required.
